Did your mouth water when Rowen made Violet's favorite Tater-Tot Casserole? This is a favorite in my house, we never have leftovers. There are soooo many ways to make this, but I'm going to give you my simple recipe that gets my picky kids asking for seconds.

Ingredients

• 1 lb of ground beef

• 1 10 oz can of cream of mushroom soup

• 8 oz container of sour cream

• 2 lb shredded cheddar cheese (you may not use it all, but better to have extra ;) )

• 28 oz bag of Ore-Ida tater-tots

• seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, garlic powder)

Instructions

1. Cover a cookie sheet with foil and cook tater-tots in pre-heated oven at 350

2. While tater-tots are pre-cooking, brown and season your ground beef.

3. Once your meat is done, drain the grease and pour in a mixing bowl.

4. Add can of soup and sour cream to meat. Mix well.

5. Take tater-tots out of the oven.

6. Pour meat mixture into a glass baking dish.

7. Carefully place tater-tots on top of the meat mixture

8. Cover with cheese

9. Cook in oven for 30-35 mins.
